Sunshine Fitness is a small family run business. Our mission is to create opportunities in our small communities for access to 24-hour fitness in a clean, uplifting, and friendly environment.

We have created a space where someone brand new to fitness can get started without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated.

Every member gets free access to our full body training program that includes video tutorials for you to easily refer back to. That way you can get started with confidence.

  • We are open 24/7 to members! If you would like a an in-person tour you can easily schedule an appointment to come in. Just click the link Sign Up Now. It will take you to the scheduling page.

  • We love referrals to your friends! You cannot bring in a non-member, but if your friend would like to get a 7-day trial then they can join you! Just click on the Sign Up Now link to get started.

  • Our primary memberships start at ONLY only $35 a month. Then you can add on a significant other for ONLY $20 per month. Children under 18 can be added for ONLY $5 a month.

  • Yes! If you are only in town for a short time (such as students, lake people, summer workers, etc.) we have a special option for you. Please contact us at info@sunshine-fitness.com for details.

  • Yes! We do $5 off any primary membership for seniors over 62, our corporate partners, military, and students. Just respond to your welcome email after signing up and we will get the discount applied.
